IT'S ALL GOOD

Last year we were asked by a good friend to design artwork for an upcoming download only single by the extraordinary soul/jazz singer/song writer Niki King, of course we at FrogFacedSouply jumped at the chance. From this we were asked to do the artwork for Niki's album It's All Good.
We left the stunning photography by Benedict Evans to steal the show on the cover and back, with minimal encroachment from graphical tom-foolery. Inside we designed an elegant NK logo to form a wallpaper like pattern for the booklet and CD to sit on.
Finally we had to do the huge gig posters for Niki's Edinburgh Jazz Festival appearance (our favourite)
A fun few weeks.

BAND OF SKULLS ARE BACK

Another one of our favourite bands have returned with a cracking new single. With all the hall marks of their first albums blazing riffs and subtle harmonies, The Devil Takes Care of His Own does not disappoint. Even better news is that the Band Of Skulls are supporting The Black Keys (their brilliant new single below) on tour next year! A mouth-watering line-up, I think you'll agree. If anyone is heading to The Corn Exchange in Edinburgh - see you there - for a rock 'n roll extravaganza!
